Walaa Obtained the license for practicing insurance

Walaa obtained the license to practice Insurance and re-insurance activities from Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) with effect from 27//06/1429 H .Now we are waiting approval to company’s products to practice its works officially.

Walaa obtained approval from CCHI

Walaa is glad to announce that is obtained CCHI approval, which is the most essential requisition, to issue medical Insurance policies with effect from 08/08/1429 H. With this Walaa will be one of the first five companies who got the final approval. Just waiting for SAMA approval to Insurance products in order to practice officially.

Wala'a appoints Sharia'a committee to verify all contracts and products.

On Saturday 15th Spt 2007, the Board of Directors of Wala'a Insurance held their secong meeting(Photos) at the company's Head office, chaired by Mr. Suliman A. Al-Kadi. The business agenda was discussed, and all decisions related to company's business have been agreed.
One of the decision taken was to appoint Committees for Audit, Awards' Compensation and Investment. The board also approved the appointment of the Sharia'a Committee, for the purpose of varifying all Sharia'a aspects related to Company's contracts and products. The committee is also assigned to conduct periodical reviews of company commitment to Sharia'a aspects.
